Email Logs
Every email sent through Render25 is recorded with a full delivery timeline. Query logs via the dashboard or the REST API.
Log Structure
Each log entry contains the following fields:

Status Values
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
queued | Accepted and waiting to be sent |
sending | Actively being transmitted |
delivered | Accepted by the recipient mail server |
soft_bounced | Temporarily rejected — retrying |
bounced | Permanently rejected |
complained | Recipient reported as spam |

Log Retention
Email logs are retained for 30 days on the free plan and 90 days on paid plans. After this period, logs are permanently deleted. Export logs via the API if you need long-term retention.
